Position Summary:

Sign-On Bonus: A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for all new hires at the Service Technician level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain various commercial food equipment, including cooking appliances, food preparation tools, ware washers, weigh wrap machines, baking equipment, and refrigeration units.
  • Operate independently from home each day, visiting customer locations with minimal supervision.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Compensation:

In accordance with California law, pay information is included in job postings. The specific hiring rate will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

Salary Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, skills, and education.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of relevant electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Preferred experience in commercial appliance service.
  • Refrigeration Certification is mandatory.
  • A valid Driver's License and the ability to drive for extended periods are required.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as necessary.
  • Must be able to participate in comprehensive training at our corporate headquarters.
