Job Summary

The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success for Oaks Senior Living. This key position will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to elevate the company's brand and reputation, while ensuring compliance with state and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Home office team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  3. Manage and oversee digital advertising campaigns, social media posts, and content creation to maintain a strong online presence.
  4. Review and approve marketing collateral, including print materials and promotional items.
  5. Provide guidance and coaching to community teams to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct competitive analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Develop and execute ongoing sales training programs to enhance community performance.
  8. Manage organizational partnerships and referral agencies to drive business growth.
  9. Integrate leads into the CRM system and manage corporate sponsorships.
  10. Review and approve quarterly marketing plans for each community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of management or leadership experience in sales and marketing of long-term care.
  2. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with older adults.
  3. Proven business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to assisted living.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Job Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  1. Sit for extended periods of time.
  2. Support up to 70 pounds.
  3. Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  4. Frequently kneel, bend, and reach.
  5. Stand/walk for up to eight hours a day.
  6. Frequently drive several hours a day.
  7. Frequently fly and travel when needed.
