Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Sales Manager to join our team at Ashton Woods, a leading home builder in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals, guiding prospects through the home buying process, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new home sales
  • Understand and communicate product offerings, building process, financing plans, and mortgage process to prospects and buyers
  • Prepare accurate and complete reports, including competition reports and sales and traffic reports
  • Stay up-to-date on community information and provide effective communication with potential homebuyers, employees, and vendors
  • Attend sales meetings and company functions, and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Sales or Marketing from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver's license and insurance for business travel
  • Valid and active real estate license within three months of start date
  • 1-5 years of sales experience required
Skills and Knowledge
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, as well as troubleshoot to solve problems
  • Knowledge of business English and ability to communicate patiently and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new programs as needed
