About the Role

The Sales Training Planner is a key position within the American Honda Motor Co Inc team, responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, product features, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance sales team performance and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales process improvements and product training needs
  • Analyze sales trends and market conditions to inform training strategies and content
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to support training initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, product development, or sales process improvement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to present to large groups
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with SAP/Business Objects and/or MS SQL
