Responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling the general ledger
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting financial reports
  • Entering and posting journal entries into the system
  • Reconciling payroll and bank statements
  • Creating monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring spending trends
  • Preparing quarterly program financials with the executive team and staff

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of nonprofit accounting experience
  • Strong system skills, including Excel
