Position Title: Marketing & Member Experience Coordinator

Reports To: General Manager

Overview: Responsible for ensuring the excellence and effectiveness of the Marketing & Member Experience functions at Goldfish Swim School, while also being fully equipped to manage operational shifts independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in overseeing daily operations to guarantee adherence to Goldfish Swim School's standard operating procedures.
  2. Manages the creation, distribution, and content of the monthly newsletter for email subscribers.
  3. Provides guidance and constructive feedback to Front Desk Associates.
  4. Coordinates participation in community events and supports management with in-house and private events.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Prior experience in customer service and grassroots marketing is essential.

Work Environment: Employees are regularly exposed to warm and humid conditions, with a moderate noise level.

Required Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are necessary.
