Job Opportunity

Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards and Boxes is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Charcuterie Board Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and assembling a variety of charcuterie boards and platters, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle fresh ingredients, including cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and provide a memorable purchasing experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders for supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the preparation and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with the team on new product ideas, seasonal offerings, and special events.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage delivery logistics.
  • Promote our brand through social media engagement and in-store marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in food preparation, catering, or a related field is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • A passion for food, creativity, and high-quality presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
  • Social media savvy is a plus.
