About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team at Brokers International. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional creative communications
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, success, and ROI
  • Leverage tracking capabilities and customer feedback to inform campaign improvements
  • Manage a wide variety of communication methods to provide effective communications to our agency partners and customers

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience leading development of creative strategy and building campaigns
  • Proven ability to create visual concepts and brand visual language from clear marketing objectives
  • Experience in digital marketing and branding is a must
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University and/or equivalent experience
  • Prior management experience preferred but not required
