Job Title: Customer Experience Director

About the Job:

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Director to lead our team and drive business results. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management.

You will also develop and mentor new employees, interview and onboard staff, and take ownership of team, office, and client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of management or leadership experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma/GED is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 90% healthcare premiums paid for you and your dependents, 20 days paid time off annually (10 PTO days and 10 Holidays), and accelerated career growth with rapid advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management
  • Take ownership of team, office, and client outcomes
  • Interviewing and onboarding staff
  • Develop and mentor new employees

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of management or leadership experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
