Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, including retail or high-impact customer service roles.
The successful applicant will be working directly with customers from across the world, using our tools to receive, track, and resolve customer issues. You will professionally handle a high volume of complex inbound calls, which may also include correspondence via email, fax, or written letter.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs.
- Providing education and support to customers.
- Ensuring questions and issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, including retail or high-impact customer service roles.
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in the Automotive Performance and Motorsport industry.
- Knowledge of Automotive basics, including verbiage and functionality.
- Familiarity with Automotive parts and parts manufacturers.
- Experience with Windows workstations and Microsoft Office Tools.
