Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our team at VENU+ as a key member of our customer service division. This role will provide exceptional customer experiences, connecting with people through phone, email, and chat to ensure their satisfaction.

This position involves handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats while maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and striving to exceed their expectations.

  • Provide top-notch customer service for Scooterbug Reservations and VENU + Arcades
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively assist customers with planning and booking reservations
  • Manage a large volume of inquiries, ensuring timely responses
  • Foster and maintain strong connections with customers, consistently delivering excellent experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide accurate information
  • Document all interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
