Customer Experience Director

Qwalifize LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Director to manage our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As On-Site Manager, you will be responsible for representing the client in the performance of the obligations under the contracts. You must have strong problem-solving capabilities for when situations arise that impact the workplace, employees, and visitors.
A minimum of five years of management experience is required, including experience in receiving and processing instructions and notices given, as well as relaying them to staff. You must have strong written communication skills for daily record keeping of all inquiries and data requested. Experience in processing payroll, records' management, and invoices is highly valued.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Health insurance is included in the benefits package. Reliable transportation is required, and the company provides E-Verify employer services.
