Job Summary:

The Identity Access Management Analyst role at Nuvance Health is responsible for managing digital identities and ensuring appropriate access to Nuvance Health resources. This involves working with Identity Toolsets such as Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Data Access Governance, Secure Remote Connection, and Secure Authentication.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform account administration activities, including account and access provisioning, terminations, and department transfers.

Maintain security controls for access to Nuvance Health network resources, including removal of access for urgent terminations, suspensions, and litigation activities.

Coordinate daily operations of the Identity and Access Management team for group access, including creation and maintenance of departmental mailboxes, distribution groups, room calendars, file and web spaces.

Recommend and drive the enhancement process for the Identity Access Management (IAM) program.

Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities.

Develop strategic road maps for the identity management systems and program.

Develop enterprise-wide standards for identity and access management.

Fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position.

Provide 24/7 support through investigation and analysis of problems using documentation, manuals, debugging tools, and logic to resolve problems, prevent recurrence, and ensure continuity.

Requirements:

Experience performing identity and access functions, such as account provisioning and de-provisioning.

Minimum three years of experience.

Desired: HIPAA compliance knowledge and experience working with 2FA and Privileged Access Management Solutions.

Working Conditions:

Manual: significant manual skills/motor coordination and finger dexterity.

Occupational: little or no potential for occupational risk.

Physical Effort: sedentary/light effort. May exert up to 10 lbs. force.

Physical Environment: generally pleasant working conditions.
