Territory Account Specialist

Amplity Health is seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our customers by acting as the key orchestrator of Amplity resources and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, providing solutions to their needs and ensuring customer inquiries are solved by the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that compels the customer to act on behalf of their patients and engage the account to understand any obstacles that exist to provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify shared priorities and leverage knowledge and tactics within the full account to develop a strategic territory business plan that drives product demand.
- Orchestrate in a collaborative manner with territory colleagues, other field-based and corporate teams to proactively address customer needs and provide appropriate access support.
- Analyze territory market data and trends to gain insights into the local business environment, drive pull-through and lead virtual and/or live engagements with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution, advanced degree a plus.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- Proven track-record of consistent high-performance.
- Ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies & laws.
