About the Opportunity: Hays Recruitment is working with a global leader in their industry to find an experienced Sales Manager/Key Account Manager. The company delivers top-notch products and services to customers, seeking someone to drive sales within the retail space while managing a team of sales representatives.
">About the Role: As a Sales Manager/Key Account Manager, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the retail sector. You will manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
