Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Pacific Region Sales Team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Key Account Manager, you will drive performance at key accounts through strategic planning and selling, ensuring exceptional communication, coordination, and execution of customer plans.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive volume, profit, and share growth at designated retailers or channels* Conduct regular market visits to evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and identify opportunities for improvement* Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders, providing thought leadership on industry and category dynamics* Analyze customer data to build compelling selling stories and develop customer plans that exceed volume and profit objectives* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business priorities and goals* Act with integrity, honoring commitments and taking accountability for results
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years)* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting* Strong understanding of the beverage industry, market trends, and customer needs* Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business requirements* Commitment to Molson Coors' core values and inclusive workplace culture
