Job DescriptionThis role involves managing commercial lines accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and handling property and casualty claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing superior customer service, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
The Personal Lines Account Manager will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and new business development. They will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing superior customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle property and casualty claims, including reviewing and assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the sales industry. At least 3-5 years of property and/or casualty claims handling experience is required. Proven experience as a personal lines account manager, with a track record of successfully managing and growing commercial lines accounts, is essential.
In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance, with an understanding of industry trends, products, and regulations, is necessary. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a focus on providing superior customer service and building strong client relationships, are also required.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
