Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our stewardship team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional donor experiences and ensuring that our philanthropic efforts are recognized and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the production and delivery of gift receipts and acknowledgement letters on a weekly basis.
- Administer the thank you process for first-time donors, monthly donors, employees, and other donor groups.
- Project manage, prioritize, and track the status of stewardship reports, ensuring that all actions are recorded in our database.
- Manage and update donor walls and other physical spaces where donor recognition occurs.
- Oversee recognition societies/gift clubs, including identifying and welcoming new members, executing special communications, and participating in annual planning.
- Partner with data analysts on data management and integrity, large mailings, events, and metrics.
- Populate and maintain stewardship resources on the Foundation Toolkit on SharePoint, ensuring that materials are current, organized, and inclusive of relevant strategic materials.
- Monitor and maintain stock of branded materials, stewardship supplies, and collateral.
- Track metrics for all stewardship efforts and measure against baseline to offer insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 3-5 years of job-related experience of progressive complexity in a development setting.
- Preferred qualifications: 3 years of healthcare experience.
