About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Study Intake Specialist to join our Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) team at Seattle Children's Research Institute. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the work of clinical trial intake and start-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and triage study intake documents to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
  • Assign protocols to Clinical Research Budget Analysts using a determined method.
  • Create OnCore CTMS task lists for all incoming studies.
  • Manage summary accrual studies and ensure start-up activity requirements are met for study activation in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality control for OnCore CTMS financials prior to study activation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in health sciences, business, information technology, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2 years of experience in a clinical research setting as a study coordinator, data coordinator, post-award administrator, or other administrative capacities.
  • Experience supporting professional staff in healthcare, research, analytics, or related fields, and performing a combination of data entry, management, and analysis, drafting, editing, and developing communications, presentations, and reports, and project and administrative coordination in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Administration and coordination experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Previous experience working with clinical trials management systems.
  • OnCore Financials and OnCore Calendar Build Certifications.
  • Experience as a clinical data coordinator.
  • Experience working with Epic.

Seattle Children's offers a competitive salary range of $63,170.00 - $94,744.00 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
