We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Study Intake Specialist to join our Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) team at Seattle Children's Research Institute. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the work of clinical trial intake and start-up.
Key Responsibilities- Review and triage study intake documents to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
- Assign protocols to Clinical Research Budget Analysts using a determined method.
- Create OnCore CTMS task lists for all incoming studies.
- Manage summary accrual studies and ensure start-up activity requirements are met for timely study activation.
- Perform quality control for OnCore CTMS financials prior to study activation.
- Bachelor's Degree in health sciences, business, information technology, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2 years of experience in a clinical research setting as a study coordinator, data coordinator, post-award administrator, or other administrative capacities.
- Experience supporting professional staff in healthcare, research, analytics, or related fields, and performing data entry, management, and analysis, drafting, editing, and developing communications, presentations, and reports.
- Administration and coordination experience in a clinical research setting.
- Previous experience working with clinical trials management systems.
- OnCore Financials and OnCore Calendar Build Certifications.
- Experience as a clinical data coordinator.
- Experience working with Epic.
