Customer Experience Senior Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer account representatives, ensuring timely order processing, and escalating issues when needed. You will also need to improve processes, create and monitor metrics, and manage up and interact with all levels of management.
A minimum of 2-year degree or equivalent work experience, along with 8 years' experience in inside sales &/or customer service with supervisory responsibility, is required. Additionally, proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, CRM, and data analytics is necessary.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000, based on location and experience.
