As a Coffee Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional coffee experiences to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and cultivating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, adhering to quality standards and customer preferences.
2. Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
3. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, brewing stations, and seating areas.
4. Ensure product availability by restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
6. Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Stay informed about coffee industry trends, techniques, and new products, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
8. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and passion for coffee, including espresso-based beverages and brewing methods.
3. Ability to operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with proficiency.
4. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate order preparation and transaction processing.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled work hours.
