Position Overview:
As a Coffee Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional coffee experiences to our patrons, ensuring their satisfaction, and nurturing a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, adhering to quality standards and customer preferences.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, while maintaining cleanliness and functionality.
  • Keep the work area organized and tidy, including the coffee bar, brewing stations, and seating areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Stay informed about coffee industry trends, techniques, and new products to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a related role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee, including espresso-based beverages and brewing methods.
  • Proficiency in operating coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate order preparation and transaction processing.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled work hours.
