Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Welcome and interact with guests, take orders, and offer recommendations while providing attentive and friendly customer service.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment, ensuring cleanliness and optimal functionality.
  • Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage ingredients to maintain a well-stocked coffee bar.
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately, including providing change and managing payments efficiently.
  • Keep the coffee bar area clean and organized, performing regular cleaning of surfaces, machines, and utensils.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not mandatory; we are eager to train motivated candidates.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and tea, coupled with a commitment to delivering top-notch beverages.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong attention to detail and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
