Role Summary

As a Coffee Specialist, you will be integral in providing exceptional coffee experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, meeting quality standards and catering to customer preferences.
  • Utilize coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while ensuring cleanliness and optimal functionality.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Stay informed about coffee industry trends and techniques, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a related role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee, including espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
