Job Description

We are seeking an experienced District Dental Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dentists and staff across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience in a multi-site dental practice and hold a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental education program. A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the required states is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor dentists to reach their performance potential, particularly during onboarding and ramp-up periods.
  • Ensure adherence to government and state dental board rules and regulations, including CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective programs to manage client/patient relations and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with offices to ensure customer service standards are met and that doctors provide positive memorable experiences for patients and parents.
  • Partner with orthodontic, oral surgery, endodontics, and general anesthesia doctors and programs.
