Position Overview:
The Veterinary Administrative Coordinator will be integral to the Clinical Administration team, ensuring the efficient operation of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Staff Scheduling:**
- Develop and manage staffing schedules for veterinary professionals.
- Adjust daily schedules in response to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff absences.
2. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide clerical assistance to the medical leadership team, including:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Processing invoices and managing correspondence.
- Acting as the primary contact for relief veterinarians.
- Collaborating with HR and management.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in creating and maintaining complex staff schedules.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles within a professional setting.
- Familiarity with veterinary or medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in various administrative and scheduling software, including Microsoft Office and practice management tools.
