Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job sites, employment agencies, local community resources, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Job Advertising: Create and manage compelling job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct phone interviews and initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with the applicant and management.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain efficient applicant tracking through UKG Ready, ensuring all steps from job posting to new hire orientation are completed timely and accurately.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct personal and professional reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate onboarding processes in coordination with management.
  • Job Description Management: Review and update job descriptions in collaboration with management, ensuring they reflect current roles and responsibilities.
  • HR Support: Provide additional Human Resources support as needed, including employee inquiries, company guidance on policies and procedures, coordination with third-party agencies and vendors, and assisting with HR tickets and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

Requirements

  • At least three to five years of office recruitment/HR or combined experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in active listening and critical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
