Job Title: Distribution Center Leader

At Hagan Graphics Assets LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Distribution Center and ensuring the successful execution of our supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production meetings to ensure priorities and responsibilities are planned and executed to meet client SLA's.
  • Communicate effectively with senior supply chain leadership, client services, and customer services internal partners.
  • Conduct daily GEMBA walks to ensure subordinate leadership is executing operations to plan.
  • Generate reports as deemed appropriate by leadership and CS teams.
  • Conduct monthly MBR sessions with internal partners and stakeholders to communicate DC performance and receive feedback and guidance on priorities for the clients we serve.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years DC management experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedules as demand and volume dictate.
