Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production meetings to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with client SLAs
  • Communicate effectively with senior supply chain leadership, client services, and internal partners
  • Conduct regular GEMBA walks to monitor operations and provide feedback to subordinate leaders
  • Generate reports to track DC performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DC management
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedules as demand and volume dictate
