About the Role:

Job Summary:

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a leading provider of strategic services, is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premier firm that delivers innovative IT and service solutions to commercial and government clients.

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal. You will work closely with various departments, including OIT, business, finance, procurement, and legal, to ensure seamless asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage and integrate asset and software license modules within the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain the asset management database, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate for the entire asset lifecycle.
  • Resolve discrepancies and update the asset management database upon any custodial changes or asset movements.
  • Reconcile discovered assets not tracked in the asset management database to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Maintain stock locations for storing assets waiting deployment or disposal, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Maintain documentation relating to the asset management process and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with OIT, business, finance, procurement, and legal departments to provide reports supporting the negotiation of vendor contracts.
  • Maintain current knowledge of software or hardware changes and plan for future changes to ensure seamless asset management.
  • Manage and track software licenses, reviewing volume and expenditure purchase agreements to ensure license compliance.
  • Validate receipt of tracked assets and reconcile discrepancies or quantities with vendors.
  • Manage the validation of the asset management database records by performing a scheduled task to QA the data for asset records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of Asset Management experience.
  • Quality Certification (ITIL, or other).
