Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if deemed necessary.
  • Conduct day-to-day operation of the business office, including managing budgets, records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident.
  • Maintain vital statistics within the facility, including census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process.
  • Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant experience working in a long-term care environment.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
