Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, management, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, including managing budgets, records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident.
  • Maintain vital statistics within the facility, including census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable collection process.
  • Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in a long-term care environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
