About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Parloa. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth through strategic consulting, project management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute customized success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with Parloa's Conversational AI platform.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage customer projects from onboarding to live usage, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to drive business value.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support requests, aligning with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or Project Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS sector managing relationships with Enterprise customers.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, passion for meeting milestones, and excellent stakeholder communication. Experience in Conversational AI and/or bot building is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: 'Own it' mentality, ability to take ownership of tasks from inception to completion, and willingness to work closely with our EMEA team in a remote setup.
