Strategic Account Manager

At Genpact, we're on a mission to create a better world through digital transformation. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Vice President, Global Relationship. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and target new executives in existing accounts clients, driving growth and revenue for Genpact.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and develop winning proposals for Genpact and its customers.
- Win new growth deals in customer accounts, meeting and surpassing Operating Plan (OP) numbers.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings, driving strategic sales initiatives for Genpact.
- Leverage networks to identify potential opportunities and leads in customer organizations globally.
- Build and maintain relationships with CxO-level executives in customer organizations, driving customer happiness and business impact.
- Provide insights on customer financials and drive business strategies within operating teams.
- Develop and maintain governance around customer and Genpact communication, ensuring transparency and partnership.
- Proven experience in managing clients and driving end-to-end deals.
- Success in driving higher growth penetration and revenue growth.
- Relevant years of services business experience and account management at a strategic level.
- Fortune 500 company experience and MBA or sophisticated degree in a related field.
- Strategic consulting expertise or practice at a large consulting firm.
- Program Management experience and ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
