Opportunity Overview

The GEO Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Immigration Program Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic role that requires strong case management, leadership, and communication skills. As a supervisor, you will use your expertise to oversee the development, implementation, and coordination of case management plans for participants in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP), ensuring their compliance with program requirements.

About The Job

  • Overssee the development, implementation, and coordination of case management plans for ISAP participants, focusing on compliance with program requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of case managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective case management practices.
  • Maintain accurate and complete case records, ensuring confidentiality of all participant information.
  • Evaluate English proficiency and assess participant needs and vulnerabilities, connecting them with appropriate community resources.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, government, or similar field.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish language skills are required.
  • Experience working with multicultural clients and maintaining self-control in stressful situations.

Salary Information
