Estimated Salary Range: $40-$60 per hour

About the Role:

This is a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse position at our facility in Medford, Oregon. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents while maintaining accurate records
  2. Coordinate daily services, programs, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel
  3. Administer medications and review medication cards for completeness and accuracy
  4. Review resident care plans and revise as necessary based on nursing needs
  5. Provide leadership to nursing personnel and make daily rounds to ensure direct care is provided according to resident care plans and wishes

Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and guidelines related to nursing care facilities
  • Ability to chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
