We are seeking a skilled Operations Response Coordinator to join our team. This role is part of our Emergency Management department, focusing on coordinating and disseminating incident reports, providing situational awareness, and serving as an emergency management resource.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the dissemination of reported incidents through various sources.
  • Provide situational awareness in real-time to field responders and the Emergency Management Duty Officer.
  • Serve as an emergency management resource for data collection, compilation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Coordinate with other departments to share and interpret wildfire data specific to company operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in emergency management, fire science, GIS, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting fire science, emergency management, 9-1-1 operations, or related field.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, spreadsheet software (Excel), word processing software (Word), and presentation applications (PowerPoint).
  • Able to work shifts and be available 24/7 to support emergencies and disasters.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) courses.
  • Ability to compile and deliver accurate data quickly under stressful conditions.
  • Project/team experience and ability to prioritize work.
