Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our North America teams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing business strategies and developing the Christian Dior brands at the retail sales level within an assigned territory.

Your Role

In this role, you will work closely with regional sales managers to achieve established retail and net sales goals. You will build a network of high-performing beauty stylists and selling specialists, recruit, hire, coach, and motivate them to achieve sales goals. You will also maintain spending within budget, work with retail store management on product launches and promotions, and implement corporate merchandising guidelines to ensure the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
