Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and increase market share.
  • Manage the hotel's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a variety of benefits, including:
