Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Title: Sales and Business Development ExecutiveWe are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring the success of our clients through customized IT solutions.
About the Role- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and IT challenges
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the client and internal teams
- Schedule regular check-ins with clients to review their current solutions, identify potential issues, and propose upgrades or improvements
- Drive the success of each client by anticipating their evolving needs and positioning UDI as their trusted advisor in IT
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients within various industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and managed IT services
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance
