About the Role:

The Patient Access Coordinator plays a vital role in the front office of our emergency department, serving as the first point of contact for patients and their families. We are seeking a professional and compassionate individual to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and obtain accurate demographic and insurance information.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Manage patient registration and update records accordingly.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Current BLS certification from an American Heart Association recognized course.
