Front Desk Agent
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fairmont Dallas. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and handling all front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel policies, services, and procedures to ensure efficient and personalized service to guests.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining positive relationships at all times.
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in hospitality is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
