About the Role

We are seeking a strong leader who can assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the front office operation, coordinating with the Front Office Manager, and working shifts with the front desk agents and night auditors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel, excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing, and evaluating, coaching and counseling, and recognizing and rewarding front desk agents and night auditors. They will also oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and service and financial measurement.

In addition, the candidate will need to identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies. They will also ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
