Position Overview:
The Lead Business Advisor will deliver training and consultancy services to Jenzabar clients regarding the implementation and utilization of Jenzabar's software solutions.

Key responsibilities include mastering Jenzabar software, analyzing and assessing client business practices, configuring software, training end users, and documenting training and consultancy activities.

The Advisor must be a proactive, self-motivated professional with the ability to travel.

This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Student Information Systems, along with a general awareness of higher education regulations, requirements, and policies relevant to key student-focused offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with and instruct end users on optimal configuration and utilization of Jenzabar's J1 Student Information System.
  • Execute assigned project tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Adhere to established methodologies to achieve project deliverables for all assigned responsibilities.
  • Collaborate proactively and effectively within a team environment to meet project deadlines.
  • Communicate information clearly, accurately, and promptly to both Jenzabar and client project team members.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements.
  • Comprehend client business processes as they relate to the software.
  • Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills, including the creation of detailed project documentation.
  • Work alongside the Project Manager and other team members to execute assigned projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies.
  • Solicit diverse perspectives on potential implementation solutions.
  • Share knowledge and insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience (3 years must be in Higher Education).
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Advising, Student Life, Business Office, Advancement.

The compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000/year; however, the base salary offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
