Job Overview

Sileo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sileo's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
