Job Description

Our Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying trends, developing target markets, and recommending business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends and develop target markets
  • Manage challenging customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
  • Match client needs to products and services offered
  • Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers
  • Gain knowledge of clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, business development, or related fields
  • Professional and confident demeanor with a warm and sociable attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change with exceptional time management
  • The ability to multi-task and respond well under pressure
