About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Registration Specialist to join our team at EBlock Corp. As a key member of our Registration Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth registration process of vehicles as they are delivered to our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assign registration numbers to vehicles and reassign numbers as needed for upcoming sales.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory checks of vehicles on the lot to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with the Registration Department and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report any noticeable damage or issues with vehicles to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the check-in lanes and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of vehicles through the check-in process by moving vehicles forward as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to analyze information and make effective decisions.
  • Dedication to providing world-class service and interacting with others in a professional manner.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of iPhone iOS (preferred).
