Job Summary

This role is responsible for preparing payroll and serving as an expert for payroll-related questions received from a large team nationwide.

Assist in computing and issuing payroll checks for a large number of team members across multiple states, while providing payroll expertise for assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Process off-cycle manual payroll checks for termination states and payroll discrepancies.
  • Assist team members with payroll questions and research issues.
  • Test timekeeping data for system changes and troubleshoot payroll system issues.
  • Conduct internal and external payroll audits.
  • Run reports for operational reporting as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate multi-state payroll environment.
  • Workday payroll experience preferred.
