Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compression Specialist to join our team at HRIS-Payroll and Timecard Systems. As a Compression Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to patients and clinicians, including measuring, fitting, and educating them on compression solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and measure patients for ready-to-wear and custom compression garments.
- Utilize advanced measuring techniques, including medi vision, to ensure accurate fits.
- Provide demonstrations and patient setup for compression pump offerings.
- Educate patients and clinicians on the use and maintenance of compression solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clinicians, patients, and DME providers to ensure seamless communication.
- Communicate with clinicians to retrieve missing or required documentation for compression garments or pumps.
- Travel throughout established regions to support market growth and provide in-clinic support.
- Produce monthly reports on clinic activity related to specific account lists.
- Maintain and coordinate fitting schedules at key clinics to manage patient visits.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in face-to-face patient/customer service.
- Demonstrated capability in educating customers and sales personnel.
- Knowledge of compression and experience with measuring is preferred.
- Ability to work with a variety of personality types.
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Adaptability to new processes and technology.
- Ability to read and interpret medical terminology and basic anatomy.
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
